Littleton Residence

A water problem in the roof had been left long enough to matter. The envelope was repaired before a single interior decision was made, which is unglamorous but not optional. The renovation that followed opened the main floor, replaced the kitchen, and kept the original fireplace as the one piece of the old house worth arguing for.
