Garden Condominium

The unit carried an open municipal correction notice for moisture and mould when we took it on. Clearing that notice — properly, with the city closing it out — was the first piece of work. The renovation kept one original brick wall exposed as a reminder of what the building is, and let everything else go quiet around it.
