North Denver Townhome
A compact two-storey townhome that needed what an ageing rental always needs: floors, a kitchen, a stair balustrade, and a courtyard that had been left to gravel. The one decision worth arguing about was what to do with a hand-painted landscape mural covering an entire wall of the main room. Painting over it would have been quicker. We kept it, and built the rest of the palette around it instead.
Scope of work
- Kitchen reworked with solid timber counters
- Hardwood flooring throughout both storeys
- Stair balustrade rebuilt
- Original hand-painted mural retained and protected
- Courtyard cleared and re-laid
