Ranch Reconstruction
The house came to us with a failing foundation and a plan of small, dark rooms that no longer suited how anyone lives. Structural repair came first, because nothing above it is worth doing twice. With the shell sound, the interior was reorganised around a single open living space, and the finishes were kept quiet so the light does the work.
