Two-Storey Restoration
This project began as an environmental remediation. The house had been condemned for contamination, and returning it to habitable, certified condition meant stripping affected material back to structure and rebuilding under a state-approved protocol. What followed was a straightforward whole-home renovation — but only because the difficult, invisible work had been done properly first.
