Gut Renovation
Everything that could be removed was removed: plaster, ceilings, floors, wiring. Photographing a house in that state is not flattering, but it is the honest part of the process, and it is where the decisions that matter actually get made. The rebuild that followed is ordinary in the best sense — square, level, quiet, and finished to a standard that does not need explaining.
